My experience with Michael was that of reassurance that everything was going to be okay. He was quick to return my phone calls, and offered guidance and support. He kept me informed of all that was happening, and the possibilities of what could happen.

Overall I was pleased with the outcome of my case. It is my first (and only) dwi and I appreciate the work by Michael.
