HERKIMER COUNTY COURTHOUSEHerkimer County Courthouse is a historic courthouse building in Herkimer, Herkimer County, New York. It is a three-story, wood frame structure with painted brick walls built in 1873. It features an octagonal tower with arched openings and a mansard roof. It was the site of the 1906 trial of Chester Gillette.
ALBANY COUNTY COURTHOUSEThe Albany County Courthouse on Eagle Street in Albany is a large neo-classical building built during 1912-1916. Its main feature is the large central atrium and monumental stairways in its interior.Originally designed by Hoppin and Koen of New York City, the building underwent renovation and expansion in 2006.
FULTON COUNTY COURTHOUSEFulton County Courthouse, originally known as Tryon County Courthouse, is a historic courthouse building located at Johnstown in Fulton County, New York. It was built in 1772–1773. It is the oldest courthouse in continuous operation in the Nation. It is still being used as a Court House today.
ONEIDA COUNTY COURTHOUSEOneida County is one of very few counties in the nation to have two county courthouses. Research provided by retired state Supreme Court Justice John Grow notes that Rome’s first courthouse was built in 1806-07 on land donated as a public square by Dominick Lynch. The photo above is the second structure as it stood in 1908, after the first burned to the ground.
WASHINGTON COUNTY COURTHOUSEWashington County is a county in the U.S. state of New York. As of the 2010 census, the population was 63,216. The county seat is Fort Edward. The county was named for President George Washington. Washington County is part of the Glens Falls, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is also included in the Albany-Schenectady, NY Combined Statistical Area.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY COURTHOUSEThe County Court is located in Montgomery County outside New York City. It is authorized to handle the prosecution of all crimes committed within the county. It has exclusive authority to handle trials in felony matters and shares authority with the local city, and town and village courts to handle trials in misdemeanor cases (offenses punishable by less than one year in prison) and other minor offenses and violations.
SCOHARIE COUNTY COURTHOUSESchoharie County Courthouse Complex is a historic courthouse and county clerk’s building located at Schoharie in Schoharie County, New York. The courthouse building was built in 1870 and is a two-story structure above a raised basement structure built of cut limestone block laid random ashlar. It features a shallow hipped roof surmounted by an ornate pyramidal cupola and corner turrets of pressed metal.

Prior to to becoming an attorney, Mr. Viscosi served honorably in the United States Coast Guard after attending school at the State University of New York. During law school he interned with the United States Attorney’s Office in Springfield Massachusetts and was employed by the New York State Attorney General Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau in Albany.
Mr. Viscosi also proudly served as a reservist at the Coast Guard District One Office of the Judge Advocate General in Boston. After law school, Mr. Viscosi worked as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting various crimes and also serves as the Assistant City Court Judge in his hometown.
As a defense attorney he continuously applies the lessons he learned while serving his country to zealously represent individuals who have been charged with crimes.
